TRASPORT AND PAYMENT COLLECTION COSTS
T-PRIME requests to the Clients a variable contribution, for the costs regarding freight operations and payment collected by credit/debit card or Paypal service.
T-PRIME chooses this policy, in order to make products prices more transparent, and all the relative costs explicit.
Italian Clients, or Clients who ask the order to be delivered in Italy, are requested of the following contribution for the costs regarding freight operations and payment collected by credit/debit card or Paypal service:
TRASPORT: fixed contribution € 6,90 + 1,50% of the shopping cart's total value;
PAYMENT: fixed contribution € 1,00 + 3,00% of the shopping cart's total value;
The contributions are clearly calculated, specified separately, and indicated both in detail and under the total value, in the shopping cart before the Client confirms the order.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the end user of the website T-PRIME.COM (and all the other “redirect” websites T-PRIME.EU, T-PRIME.IT, T-PRIME.LV and T-PRIME.LT), hereafter referred to as “You” and the trader “SIA SVECU STURIS”, registered in Latvia, Udens Iela 12-118, LV1007 RIGA, VAT and reg. nr. LV40003705792 sole owner of the above mentioned websites and responsible for all the relations generated by the activities on them, hereafter referred to as T-PRIME.
Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
"End user" shall mean any individual or company who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If You are not an end user and are interested to have business relationship with T-PRIME as a reseller, distributor, trader or a similar subject, please identify yourself and refer to the specific General Terms and Conditions for your category.
Products purchased on T-PRIME.COM can be supplied, with a decision ruled exclusively by T-PRIME, by any of the companies of T-PRIME Group:

These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. T-PRIME may need to modify some parts of this rules. These changes are valid since the date of their publication on the website. Each purchase made on T-PRIME.COM is ruled by the General Terms and Conditions valid on the day of the order's confirmation. T-PRIME maintains that, by confirming your order, You unreservedly accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, having read them.
In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on T-PRIME.COM, You must fill in the online order form, named Shopping Cart, and send it electronically to T-PRIME, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a link to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and also contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant quantity and unit price, the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and shipping costs.
Once You have choose type of payment, You have to fulfill the payment in order to complete the contract. The order is intended as confirmed once the paymenthas been cleared.
The order form will be filed in our data base for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section called “orders” in the personal account area.
T-PRIME may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform You by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that T-PRIME has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. If the products displayed on T-PRIME.COM are no longer available at the time of your last access or once T-PRIME has received your order form, T-PRIME shall inform You of the unavailability of the ordered products within thirty (30) days from the day after T-PRIME has received your order.
If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, T-PRIME will refund the amount paid for those items.
Upon submission of an order form, T-PRIME shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form.
Please note that T-PRIME will honour your order while stock is available. In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, T-PRIME shall contact You in under 15 days as of your order date to inform You how long it will be before T-PRIME is able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, T-PRIME shall send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. T-PRIME shall offer You a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If You choose to refuse, T-PRIME shall refund the unavailable product.
The prices indicated on the T-PRIME.COM are in Euros (€) and include all taxes but do not include delivery and payment costs. The possible delivery and payment costs are clearly indicated for You in the order form and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to You on the site at the time the order was placed.
The prices indicated on the T-PRIME.COM are also in some other local currencies that You can select, but they have not a commercial value. Official prices are in Euro (€) and the total amount in Euro of the order is clearly indicated in the order form. If You choose to pay the order by Credit/Debit Card or by Paypal service, please note that T-PRIME shall charge the sum in Euro.
Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.
In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, all details (for example, Card Number or Expiration Date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Paypal which provide remote electronic payment services to T-PRIME, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by T-PRIME except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police.
Ordered products will be shipped to the address You indicated in the order form.
Upon reception of your order, T-PRIME recommend that You check your products against the order that you placed and if necessary, write any anomalies that may have occurred on the delivery voucher, not forgetting to sign it.
Without prejudice with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, T-PRIME recommend that You address any reservations you may have pertaining to malfunctioning products on the date of delivery as quickly as possible:

Please note that VAT is non-refundable.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Latvian law and in particular by “Ministru kabineta noteikumi Nr.207, 2002.gada 28.maijā (prot. Nr.22, 22.§)” of the Latvian Republic, on distance contracts. This legislation establishes the right of retraction.
This right is reserved only to "End Users", individuals or companies who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession.
You may return products purchased on T-PRIME.COM, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days from receiving the products purchased on T-PRIME.COM
To return products it is necessary to complete the online Return Form within ten (10) days from receiving the products
T-PRIME must receive the returned products within thirty (30) days from the date on which products were received by You.

Return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
T-PRIME therefore highly recommends that You choose a shipping service that permits You to trace the delivery at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping You choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of thirty (30) days from the date on which You received your order.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.), working condition. Any product that has been damaged, or not in its original packaging, or packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product will not be refunded.
All data and information stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc) and sent back to T-PRIME will not be kept. The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of reception of the order.
T-PRIME shall refund amounts already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days, but in any case not before receiving the returned products and technical inspections have been carried out. If tests need to be conducted on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, this time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
Refunds are made only by bank transfer or Paypal service.
All the products on sale on T-PRIME.COM are covered by manufacturer’s guarantees, with different validity extention and conditions, according to manufacturers' policies.
The manufacturer’s guarantees sold by T-PRIME do not cover:
-replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, recording heads or lasers etc.);
-the abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products.We ask that you consult the user’s manual provided with the products;
-malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc);
-damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc).
In all cases, T-PRIME shall not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons.
In the event that the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer. Administrative fees will be requested if payment for the estimate is not made. If You agrees to the estimate, an invoice will be issued and You will have to correspond to the estimate amount, and ought to be sent to us.
Products on sale on T-PRIME may accoplish with a professional use or purpose, but T-PRIME specifies it does not address itself for this kind of service.
This contract shall come under Latvian law.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
If, for any reason whatsoever, You are not satisfied with your order, You may exercise your right to return purchased products within ten (10) days from the date on which You received them. The products You want to return must be received by T-PRIME within thirty (30) days from the date the package was received by You. The products may be returned using a shipping agent of your choice. It is necessary to complete the Return Form available on the web site in the Personal Account area, in order for us to provide You with a Return Number. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a. the online Return Form must be correctly completed and submitted to T-PRIME within ten (10) days from the date of your receipt thereof;
b. the products have not been used, modified or damaged;
the products have to be returned in their original, complete (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.), working condition. Any product that has been damaged, or not in its original packaging, or packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product will not be refunded.
e. T-PRIME must receive the goods within thirty (30) days from the date the package was received by You.
If You have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, T-PRIME shall refund the entire price for the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes and fees You have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to You at your expenses. If you refuse the above delivery, T-PRIME reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees You have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
You can ship your returns to T-PRIME with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. Please verify that You have accurately completed and included with your package all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance. Customs authorities require that all such documentation be written in English so that it can be used both by the authorities of the country you are shipping from (for export) and the locas authorities (for import). We recommend that You consult with local authorities and/or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient. T-PRIME cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. T-PRIME therefore highly recommends that You choose a shipping service that permits You to trace it at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping You choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of thirty (30) days from the date on which you received your order.
After T-PRIME has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, You will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when T-PRIME
has received the returned products;
has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions;
has carried out all the technical inspections. If tests need to be conducted on the product, this time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
Refunds are made only by bank transfer or Paypal service.
